• College of Computer Studies shares knowledge on programming to non-IT students

    Computer Science Education Week is a yearly event primarily aimed at teachers and students without any prior programming experience to take interest in Computer Science and related programs. AMA University – College of Computer Studies celebrated this event by co-organizing the Hour of Code and other seminars from December 8 – 14, 2014. 

    The Hour of code was held last December 11, 2014 at the University Amphitheater and was attended by the students from the College of Computer Studies, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business Administration and Accountancy and the Tech-Voc Department. It was supported by the university officers led by the School Director Alvin Rodriguez, College of Computer Studies Officers and the faculty members led by Dean Allan A. Burgos and the MSP (Microsoft Students Partners) of the AMA University.
