The AMACU – SGS MBA Program is open to holders of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in the field of business or management from any reputable local or foreign school, and have satisfactorily passed the AMACC – SGS admission for Graduate school study.
Applicants who are non-business graduates are required to take at least 12 units of basic management/business courses ( Business Statistics, Accounting, Management and Marketing) specified by the Registrar and the Dean of the Graduate School. These basic courses shall not be given credits towards the Masters Degree.
All applicants are required to be computer literate and must be proficient in both oral and written English.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Program is designed to meet the growing demand for trained men and women managers in business and industry. It seeks to develop intellectual leaders with a distinct advantage in their profession, be it industrial, financial, government or non-profit institutions. It is envisioned to provide the business community with competent managers and entrepreneurs responsive to the environmental opportunities and attuned to the expected role of business and management in the implementation of the Philippine Development Plan.Specifically, the MBA Program shall:
1. Develop among the students an understanding of the role and responsibilities of business and society;
2. Develop the students’ attitudes, technical skills and commitment necessary in the business world;
3. Provide the students with the theoretical and practical training of the entire business functions and their interrelationships;
4. Strengthen the analytic skills of students for problem solving and decision making;
5. Develop in the students an interest in research in business and management; and
6. Develop in the students an understanding of the role of the computer technology as a strategic business
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Master’s Degree in Information Technology (MIT) is a non-thesis program designed to broaden and upgrade the knowledge and skills of IT practitioners. The program aims to equip the students with the concepts and technologies that will prepare and enable them for the industrial practice of systems integration, systems administration, systems planning, systems implementation and other design and operation of IT infrastructure.
The MIT curriculum is based from the Policies and Standards (PS) for the graduate program of the Information Technology Education issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and is benchmarked from the curriculum of leading international academic institutions offering this program.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
AMA’s MIT program aims to produce globally competitive graduates who will be professionally competent, morally upright, and socially responsible contributors to national development.
Specifically, the program intends to produce graduates who are:
1. prepared to undertake advance research and development.
2. able to conduct systems analysis, perform system design and development and implement project management
3. able to provide appropriate IT solutions for organizations.
4. able to engage in continuing professional development.
5. able to engage in technopreneurship and practice professional ethics.
The Master’s Degree of Science in Computer Science Program is open to all degree holders in Computer Science or its equivalent, from any reputable/ accredited local and foreign school and have satisfactorily passed the AMACU SGS admission requirements for graduate study. All applicants must have a thorough knowledge of the advanced aspects of PASCAL and Assembly Language for fourth generation computers. Applicants must be proficient in both oral and written English.

It seeks to develop professionals who will undertake research in this highly complex and technical field. The program is envisioned to provide the business and computer sectors with highly trained professionals responsive to the changes in computer technology.
Specifically, the MSCS shall:
1. Develop in the students an understanding of the role and responsibilities of computer professionals in the Information Age;
2. Develop the students’ attitudes, technical skills and commitment necessary in the business community;
3. Provide students with the theoretical and practical training of the needs of an information society;
4. Strengthen the analytic skills of students for problem solving and decision making;
6. Develop in the students an interest in research in computer technology;
7. Provide the students with the necessary technical and practical skills in the area of computer technology.
Master’s Degree of Arts in Computer Education (MACoEd) program is geared toward aspiring educators who want to teach computer literacy and applications, and teachers who want to incorporate computers and other technology into their teaching learning Activity. This program provides understanding on how people learn and integrate technology into learning environments. It includes developing digital media and other tools for educational or training purposes.

6. Undertake advanced research and development in computer education; and
7. Exhibit skills for a continuous and lifelong learning.
